Happy Healthy Heart:  In this 4 week long class we will learn how to transition to a Plant Based diet and the importance of the why's.  You will get handouts each week, lessons on what to make and how to convert some of your favourite recipes into plant based wonders.  I will also introduce you to some of the plant based world of super stars so you can use them as resources for your plant based lifestyle.  Check out the DSBN catalogue for this course offering.

Plant Based Eating Cooking classes:  I will be offering an observational class in plant based cooking.  We will learn how to make some delicious dishes using all plant based ingredients!  It will knock your socks off on how incredibly good this food is!!

Private group sessions of Plant Based Meals:  $50 pp for a minimum of 10 persons

DSBN will also be offering this course through their community guide.

Fermented Foods Workshops:  Learn how to make healthy, easy fermented foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, piri piri, sourdough bread and pepper mash.  All of these healthy fermented foods are delicious and nurture the microbiome in your gut.  If your gut is healthy, your mind is healthier.  There is a direct connection.  Learn how easy it can be!  Contact me for a workshop.

Introduction to Meditation  Course description.

In today’s world, we are all under more pressure and experiencing higher levels of stress than ever before. An increasing demand in technology, academic and career preparation and life transitions often result in physical and emotional stressors, such as:

  • Overwhelmed

This workshop of 90 minute classes will introduce you to the initial basic techniques that can be used to help alleviate some of these challenges, simply and easily and always readily available to you to use anytime/anywhere.  We will explore a variety of different meditation techniques (10+)  to allow you to experiment with the see which are working best for you.  Each week the class will involve a longer meditation practice.
